David Skousen
David took piano lessons four years before giving up because he struggled with music notation and became very discouraged. But he could play impromptu and invented ways to write melodies in his own script, or simply play his feelings into a computer and fix his mistakes later. (Yes, he has never been a good performer.)
Since 1986 he has produced digital compositions of several hours, ranging from serious meditatiion to lively dance tunes. His music is dedicated to God.
He is now 75, and he and his wife, Judy, live in Orem, Utah. They have seven children born at home and home schooled.
